Crime

In 1992, 400 prisons in whole the country, and now the prisons are more than 2000.Some of them is only 12 years old. American's law for juvenile is considered as strictest law in the world. It doesn't give teenagers the second chance. In 2006, Human Right Committee ask the US explain about that. Prisoners' relatives are very sad and ask forgiveness for them. The prisoners also feel stressed. I think that parents and school have to connect together closely to manage thier childrenavoid the crime. They always have to listen to their childrens' confidences and talk to their children much more.
